The ROCK SOLID coaching program takes a practical approach. We project forward 3 years to where the owner wants the company to be and then reverse engineer it back to ensure that the plan is workable.

Employee Training
The Management Training Program uses our Business RA³M Matrix to build accountability and responsibility into organizations. It has proven to be very effective!
This training covers a lot of content and involves 6 sessions over 12 weeks. As the program unfolds the participants put the concepts into action. The objective is to build a strong management around the owner. Cost $4,500 for 3 people and $5,000 for 4 people.
Our Sales and Marketing Training teaches your team how to build and use a sales cycle to attract ideal clients. As the 6 session program unfolds over 12 weeks they will create and implement effective strategies using our BRIDGE Marketing Program. Cost $4,500 for 3 people and $5,000 for 4 people.
The Customer Service Training Program has proven to be very popular with business owners who want to consistently deliver high levels of client satisfaction. ROCK SOLID's materials are innovative and thought provoking. It again is delivered over a 12 week cycle to ensure effective implementation. Cost $4,500 for 3 people and $5,000 for 4 or more people.
Our Financial Information Systems Training is a must for any small business. The Forecasting and Variance Reports are the number one tool for increasing profitability. Developing effective Dashboards and Performance Benchmarks are also included in this program. Cost $2,500
Business Assessments
We provide assessments for both owners and purchasers although clearly not on the same sale.
For purchasers we prepare financial analysis reports, income statement forecasts for their first 12 months of operations, valuations, market assessments, system & procedure assessments, staff performance assessments and transition plans.
Our services are not intended to replace those of your accountant or lawyer.
They are designed to give you an accurate picture of the business that you are buying.

For sellers we introduce you to our team of experts which include lawyers, accountants and tax specialists.
We also prepare the company for sale by preparing it to live on after you. You'll be taking a lot of contacts and knowledge with you and some of you employees may move on as well. It's important to get the systems and procedures documented and financial forecasts in place. Doing this increases the value of the company and the likelihood that it will sell.
Succession Planning
Succession planning is phasing yourself out of the business.
This can involve preparing the business for sale, training the next generation of leaders to take over or delegating all of your day to day activities.

We create financial reports that reflect the way business owners think about their business. It puts business owners clearly in control of their company.
